Spend five nights and six days in the Tordillo mountains

Start with a flight in our bush plane through some of the largest mountains in the United States and land at your first destination.  It is a small one way strip on the side of a mountain overlooking a large glacier.  You will have a tent already set up with cots.  If you are feeling like taking it slow you can stay here for a few days and enjoy the wild beauty.  If you prefer to see new country we will send you with a map and coordinates of the next tent location.  There is great flexibility for you to choose your own schedule.  We give you a start point and an endpoint that are time sensitive.  The rest is up to your preference.  You will have some options of Tent locations to visit if you want or you can skip if they seem to daunting. The hiking/climbing doesn't require ropes but it does require some previous backcountry experience and competency.  You will want to be in good shape so train in advance.  If your family does adventures together, like ours, it is possible to bring younger children.  We take our kids with us on all of these adventures and just moderate the pace if needed.  You will want to plan your days to make sure you are on the river by day 5 to start your 15 mile float in pack rafts which are provided.  You will end your stay in our family's small heated cabin.  On day six we will pick you up in our plane and bring you back to our homestead in Trapper creek.  Food and equipment will be provided.  At your request we will send you a list of gear and food we provide as well as recommended gear for you to bring.  You will be in bear country.  There will be bear fences around your tents. We recommend you bring a firearm and bear spray, or whistle, or air horn.  The complete package is $4300 per person with a 2 person minimum.

In His hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to Him. The sea is His, for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land.
